How are hire prices calculated?

Prices are based on your selected dates, vehicle, season, and length of hire. Optional extras, such as insurance, Wi-Fi, or bedding packs, are added at checkout before payment. (See our Extras page for full details.)

When do I pay and how is the balance handled?

A deposit secures your booking at checkout. Your remaining balance is due before collection; we’ll email reminders and a link to pay securely online.

Can I reserve a motorhome without paying today?

Sorry—vehicles can’t be held without a deposit. Availability is live and updates as bookings are made.

Can I add or remove extras after I’ve booked?

Yes. You can add or amend extras up to your collection date (subject to availability). Just contact the team and we’ll update your booking

When is the refundable security deposit taken and released?

We pre-authorise a refundable security deposit at collection and release it after the motorhome is returned in good condition. Your bank may take a few working days to show the release.

What happens after I complete my booking online?

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your booking details and next steps. We’ll also send a documents checklist and your collection time.
