Booking & Availability
Book directly through our website via our booking page, or call us on 0330 043 7449 if you would like us to process your booking for you.
We’ll email a checklist before your trip. Bring your driving licence, a DVLA licence check code and recent proof(s) of address. Please bring originals on collection.
- Generally: Monday – Saturday (depending on the season).
- Special events:
- Glastonbury Festival – Tuesday check-in only.
- F1 weekends – Wednesday check-in.
- Summer holidays & bank holidays – check-in most days.
- We are closed on Sundays.
- 3 nights during most seasons.
- 5 nights in August and for peak events (e.g. British GP, Summer holidays).
- 7 nights for Glastonbury Festival.
All collections and returns are from our Northwich depot.
- Collection: 12:00 – 15:00 (we’ll contact you a week before with your allocated time).
- Return: 09:00 – 12:00.
Early collection (from 9:00 a.m.) or late return (until 3:00 p.m.) can be pre-booked for a small fee.
Yes – viewings are by appointment (subject to availability). Please call us on 07900 451560 to arrange a time.
Usually yes, subject to availability and any price difference. Get in touch as early as possible.
Pricing & Seasons
- Length of hire – shorter hires are less economical as many costs are fixed, but our pricing is transparent and you’ll see a full breakdown when booking.
- Time of year – our year is split into 3 main seasons:
- Low: March, April, May & October
- Mid: June, July & September
- High: School summer holiday dates
- We do not operate from November – February.
Example rates (per night):
- Compact – 2 Berth Kronos 590: from £39 (low season) up to £114 (Glastonbury).
- Luxury – 4 Berth Zefiro 696: from £47 up to £126 (Glastonbury).
- Prestige – 4 Berth T-Line 700: from £72 up to £150 (Glastonbury).
- A-Class – 4 Berth Pegaso 745: from £89 up to £174 (Glastonbury).
- Elegance – 6 Berth Autoroller 707: from £72 up to £150 (Glastonbury).
- A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking (non-refundable, except within a 24-hour cooling-off period).
- The balance is due 6 weeks before your trip.
- We’ll send a reminder a few days before your balance is due.
Yes — a refundable security deposit is taken before collection. It’s released after the vehicle is checked back in and any charges are settled. Your bank may take a few working days to show the refund.
If available for your hire, we’ll offer it during booking or pre-collection. Ask us for current options.
- More than 6 weeks prior to departure: Deposit only.
- 6 – 4 weeks prior: 50% of the total hire charge.
- Less than 4 weeks: 100% of the total hire charge.
- If national restrictions affect your booking, we’ll refund everything you’ve paid apart from the deposit.
- Your deposit will be transferable to another date within 12 months.
- We strongly recommend taking out holiday insurance to cover cancellation due to illness.
Insurance & Driving
All our fleet is based on a 3.5t chassis, allowing them to be driven with a standard UK driving licence.
Yes, insurance is included. We can insure drivers aged 25–75 with a minimum of 3 years’ driving experience.
- If you have more than 3 penalty points or more than 1 insurance claim in the last 5 years, we must refer this to our insurers for approval.
One driver is included as standard.
Usually yes — most full licences are acceptable, subject to our insurer’s approval. Tell us at booking so we can confirm.
Accidents happen! Please take photos, record third party/witness details, and inform us as soon as possible. If a third party is involved, use the accident form provided in the glovebox.
Yes — additional drivers are welcome subject to insurer criteria. A small admin/insurance fee may apply. Please add them before collection so we can validate documents.
Vehicles & Equipment
Our fleet is all fully coach-built motorhomes (6.0m – 7.5m in length). The 6m models are the size of a campervan but with all the features of a motorhome.
We normally replace our fleet each year. Due to supply chain delays, some vehicles may stay longer, but all are well maintained and regularly serviced.

We offer a range of add-ons so you can tailor your hire—think comfort packs, outdoor furniture, bike racks and tech/navigation. Browse the full selection and prices on our Extras page. You can add extras at checkout or anytime before collection (subject to availability).
Yes – they are insulated, fitted with gas combi boilers, and have internal water tanks to prevent freezing.
We send you a handover video two weeks prior to your hire, covering all systems. On collection day, we’ll also spend time with you to ensure you’re entirely comfortable.
Always travel within the number of belted seats. Berths show sleeping capacity and may differ by model — check the vehicle page or ask us.
Compatibility varies by model. Bring your own approved child seat(s) and check your chosen vehicle with us.
All vehicles are diesel. Please return with the same fuel level you received (usually full-to-full).
Yes — gas is supplied for cooking/heating. We’ll explain safe use and top-ups at handover.
Yes — automatic options are available (e.g. Zefiro 696 Auto). Check availability for your dates.
Pets & Festivals
Yes – we welcome 1 large or 2 small dogs. A small valeting charge applies. All vehicles are deep cleaned after use, so you can book with confidence.
Yes – festival hire is allowed. Please note the security deposit may be higher for these bookings.
Travel & Europe
Yes – European hire is available with an additional supplement for insurance, breakdown cover, and required statutory equipment. A minimum hire period of 2 weeks applies for European trips.
Yes — please share your route when booking so insurance/breakdown details are correct.
No — tolls, congestion/clean air zone charges and any fines are the driver’s responsibility.
For safety and insurance reasons, towing and roof loads are generally not permitted unless we’ve agreed this in writing.
You can stay off-grid within local rules, but hook-up is recommended for regular 240V use. We’ll show you how to manage power and batteries.
Yes — a starter kit and basic hoses are provided. We’ll show you how to set up and empty everything at handover.
- Roadside parking is not permitted in the UK (including Scotland).
- Campsites, smaller certified sites, and many pubs, farm shops, or cafés allow overnight stays (often free if you purchase from them).
Some car parks permit overnight stays.

We also offer Garmin Camper Sat Navs for hire, pre-loaded with up-to-date campsite and parking databases. Wherever you stay, please be considerate and leave no trace.
Extras & Practicalities
Yes – you may leave your car in our secure compound at the Northwich depot for the duration of your hire.
Please return the interior tidy, with the toilet cassette emptied and rubbish removed. Extra cleaning/emptying charges may apply if not.
Let us know as soon as possible. Late return fees may apply and could impact the next hire.

You’re covered by roadside assistance. Use the number in your handover pack first, then contact us so we can coordinate support.
