Terms & Conditions

 This offer will be subject to our standard Terms & Conditions for rentals.

In addition to these:

• Vehicles are schedule to come off production at the beginning of March but could be as late as early April.
• Applicants must hold a valid UK passport with a minimum expiry date of October 2025.
• Applicants must have the ability to travel at short notice – we will give a minimum of 7 days notice to travel but hopefully this will be more like 14-21days.
• Once production schedule is confirmed, we will notify you of flight dates & times, if you are unable to travel within this schedule then we will pass the offer over to other interested parties.
• On confirmation of flights, you will be required to pay a £1000.00 security deposit in line with our standard terms and conditions – this will be fully refundable on satisfactory return of the vehicle to our base.
• Unleashed Motorhome hire will cover the cost of:
  1. Flights (For up to 2 persons) from Manchester to Pisa
  2. Onwards travel from Pisa International airport to the collection location
  3. 10 Days hire fees
  4. EuroStar service back to the UK
• You will be required to cover all other costs including but not limited to:
  1. Fuel Costs
  2. Camp site fees
  3. Road Tolls
• Should you wish to extend the duration of your holiday, this will be accommodated, subject to availability and at our standard rates.
• Should you wish to take additional persons, this can be accommodated (subject to vehicle size/spec) at your own cost.
• Return transport over the channel will be via the EuroStar train. You will be required to arrive early at the port and report to the customs office to get the necessary paperwork stamped – this will all be fully provided and explained to you on collection of the vehicle.
• ‘No Shows’ will be required to cover the costs of the flights plus any other costs we may incur having to re-book flights, transfers & Eurostar back over to the UK
• Subject to weather and due to the time of year, we may require you to travel east along the south coast of France, rather than north, through the Swiss Alps (most direct route). We are unable to provide snow chains, winter tyres and other winter equipment required to travel this route.
